Introducing a case study of the delivery of a neutralization treatment plant optimal for increased processing capacity.
We received an order for the complete pH neutralization treatment, including construction, from a major ready-mixed concrete factory in the Shinshu area due to an increase in processing volume. Since it is alkaline wastewater, only the acid side (sulfuric acid) was controlled. The raw water had a pH of 12, and the processing volume was 3m³/h, but it was designed compactly. We undertook the local construction, and all installation, electrical work, and piping were completed by our company. Along with cost advantages, our numerous achievements and the ability to complete the entire construction process are our company's strengths.
